INCONEL ALLOYS
INCONEL 718 A precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy that combines High Strength and Corrosion resistance with an excellent creep-rupture strength.
Langley Alloys Standard 718 material is Double Vacuum melted with restricted (Ta-Nb) to eliminate Delta phase within the alloy and supplied in the Hot Worked and Aged condition to meet Oil industry requirement of API6a 718
Alloy 625 (INCONEL) A nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of niobium that acts with the molybdenum to stiffen the alloy’s matrix and thereby provide strength without an ageing heat treatment. The alloy resists a wide range of severely corrosive environments and is especially resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. Used in chemical processing, aerospace, offshore and marine engineering.
